Tulip Chorizo Salami is made using traditional European craft. The long time fermentation and natural air-drying bring unique chorizo flavor. Use it in pasta dishes, on top of pizzas or just cold together with cheese. It is made from Danish Pork and imported from Denmark.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidants (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate), yeast extract, garlic powder, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture (Pediococcus acidilactici, Pediococcus pentosaceus). Made with 126 g pork per 100 g finished product.
